These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tactmesa.in (the "Site") and the purchase of products from TACT Atelier ("TACT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law to make a purchase on this Site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice. Colour and finish may vary slightly from images shown on the Site.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or non-serviceable delivery locations.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, product names, photography, copy, and the TACT brand — is the exclusive property of TACT Atelier and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced without written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TACT Atelier's liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

Our products contain fragrance ingredients. Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue immediately if irritation occurs. TACT is not liable for individual allergic reactions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
