Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-metro & Tier 2: 5–7 business days.
• Remote / North-East / J&K / Andaman: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Economy: ₹85 per order.
• Standard: ₹100 per order.
• Free shipping is not available on any orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Serviceability

We ship across India through reputed logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC and India Post. A small number of pincodes may be temporarily non-serviceable; if so, our team will contact you for an alternate address or initiate a refund.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International orders will be enabled in the future and announced on the Site.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link is shared via email and SMS. You can track your order directly through the courier tracking link provided.

7. Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and write to t14c1.ffp@mesaschool.co within 48 hours. Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
